Your Zoom Session
Unless otherwise noted, all Zoom sessions are from 7:00am PST - 1:00pm PST. They are 6 - 7 hours long with breaks as needed. You will join other registrants and be taught live (virtually) by Billy Blanks®. Bring a notepad, water and light snack, and have a safe space to workout. Come with an open heart and don't be afaid to ask questions!
